Commissioners laud sheriff on his election

Editor's note: This letter from the Allegany County Commissioners to Allegany County Sheriff David Goad was released to the Times-News for publication:

As the Allegany County Commissioners, we extend our congratulations to you on your election as president of the National Sheriffs' Association. It is certainly an honor for you to hold the highest office in this national law enforcement organization. We offer our best wishes to you, Sheriff Goad, for a productive one-year term of office in this leadership position.
