Fitness center staff thanks citizens for help after fire

To the Editor:

The owners and employees of the Lifestyle Fitness Center and apartments wish to thank all of the firemen, emergency personnel, Potomac State College and City of Keyser employees and others who helped or offered to help during Sunday's fire.

We are extremely appreciative of your efforts on our behalf and of the offers that keep rolling in. We understand the importance of the pool and fitness center to our patrons and will make every effort to reopen as soon as possible.

But you must know that the fire devastated the fitness center and the pool area. It will be a difficult rehabilitation and much of our losses were uninsured. In the next few weeks, we will make arrangements for members who paid in advance to either recover their membership fees or to freeze the memberships until we reopen.

Thank you for your patience.

Terry Stevens, Amy White and Mike Rinker (partners) and Nancy and the staff of Lifestyle Fitness Center
Keyser, W.Va.
