Reader offers copies of Ohio River Basin runoff report

To the Editor:
Cumberland Times-News

I appreciated the article about Brent Walls (“Group acts as ‘voice of the river,” Oct. 9 Times-News, Page 1A).

Having become familiar with the Upper Potomac and its pollution problems, it sounds as if he’s a self-designated manager. I want to offer copies of WSP 2042, “Mean Annual Runoff in the Upper Ohio River Basin 1941-1970 and its Historical Variations” to all who reply.
