Thanks for keeping Frostburg businesses’ sidewalks clean

— The Design Committee of FrostburgFirst, A Main Street Maryland Community, would like to express their appreciation for the snow removal from the sidewalks of the business district.

This year has been especially challenging. Deep snowfalls created high banks of snow along the curbs that were hard packed, icy, and full of small rocks making it very difficult to shovel by hand.

Your efforts insured that the community had access to the resources of the business district.

Winter in Frostburg can often be challenging for business. The city’s efforts to clear the public parking and sidewalks helped businesses stay open to serve their customers and clients.
