President brought on predicament in Syria with his talk of ‘red lines’

When you remove the fig leaf, you find the emperor has no clothes. This is the position President Obama is now in — naked with no allies as he takes the U.S. to war with Syria without even bothering to consult Congress according to the Constitution.

We are about to spend billions so Obama is not humiliated — a humiliation he brought on himself with foolish talk of “red lines.”

The U.K. will not be with us and you can rest assured that all the other allies we thought we had will fall away and leave the U.S. to go it alone to spare the president humiliation for foolish talk.

Why is the U.K. Parliament more powerful than the U.S. Congress? Because the U.K. has a prime minister that realizes his obligations and we have a president who thinks he has no obligation other than to himself and enforcing his view.

Boy, what a mistake we made by voting this egomaniac a second term. We have given him license to violate the Constitution and rule by executive order. How low can our country sink? We are going to war but unlike the British, we don’t even get to vote on this.
