Fort Hill High School senior cheerleader Leah Bennett paints a butterfly on the cheek of 7-year-old Kayla Hoover from Ridgeley, W.Va., Saturday afternoon during the Block Party at the American Red Cross Chapter House on Cumberland Street. The block party is a community outreach of the Red Cross and also raised funds that stay in Allegany, Garrett and Mineral counties to aid disaster relief, blood collection and the military call programs.
