U.S. Rep. Shelley Moore Capito, R-W.Va., signs a piggy bank held by Walt Davis, chairman of the Hampshire County Republican Executive Committee, while meeting with supporters Sunday in the group’s temporary headquarters. Sarah Palin’s selection as GOP vice presidential candidate.
