KEYSER, W.Va. — Four Mineral County residents were arrested when Keyser Police executed a search warrant at a West Piedmont Street residence early Monday.
Jorge J. Portillo, 26, of Keyser was charged with possession with intent to distribute cocaine; Arqueta Jose R. Diaz, 26, Keyser, possession of cocaine; Trisha Marie Bowman, 23, Keyser, possession with intent to distribute cocaine, and Brandon James Hartman, 26, of New Creek, misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
Following hearings before a Mineral County magistrate, Portillo and Diaz were both jailed on $9,500 bond and Bowman on $9,000 bond. Portillo, Diaz and Bowman remained jailed Tuesday at the Potomac Highlands Regional Jail in Augusta. Hartman was released following the arrest.
All four people were arrested when the residence in the 300 block of West Piedmont was raided by Keyser Police at about 6:20 a.m.
Police seized packaging materials, scales, $5,500, a Jennings 22.-caliber handgun, a Lorcin .380-caliber handgun and a 2008 Toyota truck owned by Portillo.
Police said ownership of the handguns remains under investigation.
