From Staff Reports

Allegany Conflict Resolution Center, Allegany Law and Human Resource Development Commission will present a workshop targeted to senior citizens and the professionals that serve them on how to resolve disputes through mediation.

Mediation of seniors’ disputes will be held at the Frostburg Community Center, 27 Water St., on May 13 from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and at the Cumberland Senior Center, 19 Frederick St., on May 19 from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Speakers will include representatives from HRDC and Allegany Conflict Resolution Center. Free community mediation is available from Allegany Conflict Resolution Center and information will be provided on how to get mediation assistance from the center.

This workshop is produced with support from the Pro Bono Resource Center of Maryland and the Administrative Office of the Courts.

To register for the workshops, contact Allegany Law at (301) 722-3390.
