Teen killed in fall from go-cart

— BEDFORD, Pa. - A 16-year-old New Enterprise boy was fatally injured Sunday when he fell from the back of a go-cart and struck his head on the roadway, Pennsylvania State Police said.
Vincent Berkheimer was pronounced dead at the scene by a Bedford County deputy coroner following the 9 p.m. accident that occurred on Potter Creek Road in Bloomfield Township.
Police said the go-cart was being operated northbound on Potter Creek Road with Berkheimer on the rear of the vehicle when the accident occurred. Police declined to identify the driver of the go-cart.
The incident remains under investigation.
