Western Correctional Institution Maintenance Officer Mike Haislip and Administration Officer Bill Jewell watch as minimum-security inmates clean up trash and debris along Industrial Boulevard and Oldtown Road. A five-man crew filled a dump truck with trash from this site and Maryland Avenue. The inmates also weeded and trimmed the areas to assist the city of Cumberland's beautification efforts Tuesday.
