Keyser water department employee Eric Clay sprays debris from the pool surface at the John R. Shelton Pool in Keyser Monday morning as the pool is drained of standing water.

Workers are preparing to paint the pool and tentatively have the facility open for Memorial Day weekend, weather permitting.
