Frankfort, Keyser graduates complete a chapter of life

Kayla Lynne Lynam, Miss West Virginia 2008 and a graduate of Frankfort High, was the guest speaker. The fairwell address was delivered by Brittany N. Armentrout. Welcome and introductions were made by Charles Wimer. Salutatory addresses were given by Rachel Whitehair and Chelsea Willis. Valedictory addresses were presented by Melinda Race and Daniel Zinn. Diplomas were presented by Tilden L. Hackworth, assisted by members of the Mineral County Board of Education and graduations marshalls. Closing remarks were given by Samantha Slaughter.
