Construction continues at Potomac State College on the new $19 million residence hall that will house approximately 355 students as well as a new 136-seat dining hall, laundry facility, fitness center, video game room and 74-seat theater. The hall, located on the former site of the campus parking lot beside the Dana G. Lough Gymnasium, is expected to open in fall 2007. The contractor is NDC Builders of Pittsburgh.
