9/7 - Two hurt in traffic accident

DEEP CREEK LAKE — Two people were injured in a motor vehicle accident Saturday at 2:35 p.m. at 27599 Garrett Highway, according to the Garrett County Office of Emergency Management and Public Safety.

The patients were transported to Garrett Memorial Hospital by Northern Rescue Squad. Deep Creek Lake Fire Department also reported to the scene.

Maryland State Police investigated.

No further information was available Saturday night.
