CUMBERLAND — The Western Potomac Chapter of the American Red Cross is gearing up for its eighth annual Mountain Reflections light show fundraiser at Rocky Gap State Park.

The show will run from Nov. 21 through Jan. 2. The event will again honor all members of the armed forces from the chapter’s region of Allegany, Garrett and Mineral counties.

A yellow ribbon display at the entrance of the light show will honor the service members and remind everyone to give thanks for their bravery and dedication.

This display will be sponsored by the families, friends and loved ones of the many past and present service members. To help sponsor this display, send a $25 donation along with the service member’s name and branch of service to Western Potomac Chapter, Attn: Leigh Hull, 400 Cumberland St., Cumberland, MD 21502.

A list of these names will be displayed in the Mountain Reflections program for donations that are received by Nov. 3.

For more information, contact Hull at (301) 722-1760, ext. 101.
