Candlelight Walk

The Allegany County Health Department Mental Health System's consumer advisory board members from right: Margaret Peck, Dave Brode and Gail Stansberry-Carbaugh begin a candlelight walk in observance of Mental Illness Awareness Week Tuesday evening outside the Salvation Army in Cumberland.

Following a program with informational speakers, participants walked around the block with lit candles and a law enforcement escort.
