Re-enactors presenting program at Springs, Pa.

SPRINGS, Pa. - Re-enactors Sam McClintock and David Stemach of Addison will present a program today at 7:30 p.m. at the Folk Meeting House in Springs.

McClintock will appear as Moses Ross, Addison storekeeper during the mid-1800s, and Stemach will portray Addison resident Hiram Hartzell. Hartzell was a saddle and harness maker, fur and ginseng trader, minister and also learned dentistry via a correspondence course.

Admission is free and open to the public.

The program is sponsored by the Springs Historical Society and will be presented in the Folk Meeting House on state Route 669, Springs Road.
