The driver of this 1990 Plymouth Sundance was injured Thursday when the vehicle traveled across the double yellow line in the 850 block of North Mechanic Street and struck a 1998 Peterbilt truck being driven by Ronald Shaffer of Ellerslie.

Cumberland Police said they have not yet been able to determine why the Sundance, driven by Wanda Wilkinson, 45, of Ridgeley, W.Va., crossed into the other lane, causing the 3 p.m. accident.

Wilkinson was issued two citations - failure to drive right of center and failure to insure a motor vehicle.
