Cresaptown cares

Cumberland Times-News

Costumed Cresaptown Elementary students parade down Sixth Avenue Friday during the school’s Fall Fest celebration. The students, along with community residents, local businesses, teachers and Frostburg State University interns, have been collecting canned goods to donate to the Salvation Army to show that Cresaptown is a caring community willing to help those in need. This year’s goal of 1,500 items was easily met. Additional items were collected along the parade route.
