Erick Wisbith from Pittsburgh portrays a forward observer from an infantry unit from 1945 Saturday afternoon as he looks for potential enemy targets at Canal Place during Cumberland Goes to War encampments of Allied and Axis troops. Civilians got a chance over the weekend to see how soldiers during World War II lived and fought with demonstrations and displays of equipment.
