Members of Frankfort Middle School’s steel drum band, Teal Steel, from left, seventh-grader Al Hall, eighth-grader Stephanie Mace and seventh-grader Sarah Thomas play Christmas music Monday during the West Side Neighborhood Crime Watch meeting and holiday celebration at SS. Peter & Paul parish hall in Cumberland. The neighborhood was treated to the music, games, food and fun to kick off the holiday season.
