The Frostburg Holiday Lamppost Committee, a private citizen organization, has completed this year’s Christmas lighting streetscape. A live 25-foot blue spruce evergreen tree, donated by Pat Logsdon and Cathy Burner of Water Street, was placed in St. Michael’s school yard. The community tree lighting will take place Saturday at 7 p.m. Caroling will be provided by the Potters Place Christian Ministries congregation. Holiday selections will be provided by the Arion Band’s Brass Quartet.
