Santa visits city on weekends

CUMBERLAND —  With two Fridays left before Christmas, downtown visitors can see Santa, Mrs. Claus, Frosty and Rudolph from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Book Center, 15 N. Centre St.

Many of the stores will stay open until 8 p.m and free trolley rides are scheduled from 5 to 9 p.m. with pickups at Rocky Gap Casino Resort, Fairfield Inn and Suites, Canal Place and Baltimore and Centre streets.

 Breakfast with Santa on Dec. 14 at Queen City Creamery and Dec. 21 at Windsor Castle  will be prepared by Cafe Mark and Jennifer’s Desserts. Reservations are required by calling Queen City Creamery at 301-777-0011 or Cafe Mark at 301-759-0276.
