Rifle stolen from Grantsville dwelling

GRANTSVILLE — GRANTSVILLE — A reward is being offered for information concerning the theft of a Remington rifle and a box of coins that were recently taken from a Platter Road residence.

The theft occurred sometime between June 29 and July 6, police said.

The crime remains under investigation by Maryland State Police.
