Rewards offered in West Side burglaries

— CUMBERLAND — Cash rewards totaling several thousand dollars are being offered for information leading to the recovery of family heirlooms that were stolen during a recent burglary in the 700 block of Washington Street.

Items stolen included a Kirk Stieff flowered silver punch bowl with 12 punch cups and a silver matching tray, according to a member of the victim’s family.

Also stolen was an antique tea set that included a teapot and cream and sugar containers.

The victim’s family said that no questions will be asked concerning the theft of the items.
