Eight more suspects remain at large

BEDFORD, Pa. — A 10-month drug investigation by the Bedford County Task Force and Pennsylvania State Police has resulted in the arrests of eight people and the continued search for eight more alleged drug dealers, according to Bedford County District Attorney Bill Higgins.

Dubbed Operation Summer Catch, the countywide drug sweep began Tuesday morning by the task force, state police and Bedford and Everett police departments along with the Bedford County Sheriff’s Department.

Arrested were:

All the defendants were arraigned by Bedford Magisterial District Judge Kathy Calhoun.

Operation Summer Catch stemmed from the conclusion of Operation Scarecrow in October, which resulted in 20 arrests of alleged drug dealers.

Of those 20 defendants, all but one have been convicted. The one outstanding case is against Thomas Robinson, 32, who is sill at large, Higgins said.

Still at large Thursday were Aerin Blackstone, 21, Everett, wanted on conspiracy to deliver synthetic cannabinoids and delivery of synthetic cannabinoids; Matthew Gasper, 24, Bedford, delivery of marijuana; Jared Lundquist, 30, Hopewell, delivery of heroin; Brooke Martin, 25, Everett, conspiracy to deliver marijuana; Joshua Pabon, 21, Schellsburg, delivery of synthetic cannabinoids and endangering welfare of children; Victor Rossino, 36, Everett, attempted delivery of pills, indecent assault, criminal use of a communication facility; Paul Seville, 54, Saxton, four counts delivery of marijuana; and Derrick Shank, 30, Everett, delivery of marijuana.
