Four face charges in Garrett drug raid

— ACCIDENT — Two Baltimore residents and two Garrett County residents were arrested Tuesday after police raided a home on Colony Drive.

Davon Tarelle Fletcher, 21, and Lindsay Marie Smith, 20, both of Baltimore, and Brett Wayne Fratz, 31, and Katlin C.J. Patton, 21, both of Accident, were charged with possession with intent to distribute heroin, possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia. Smith was also charged with possession of marijuana.

Following bond hearings, Fletcher and Fratz were both jailed in lieu of $40,000 bond and Smith and Patton were both jailed on $25,000 bond, pending bail reviews in district court.

Police said seven grams of heroin were seized during the raid along with 69 individually wrapped packets of heroin that were packaged for resale, a quantity of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and $2,030.

The search-seizure warrant was executed by the Garrett County Narcotics Task Force with assistance of Maryland State Police and the Garrett County Sheriff’s Office.
