Two sentenced in Garrett County Circuit Court
Michael Lynn Ware, Oakland, appeared in Garrett County Circuit Court for three cases. He first entered an Alford plea, which does not admit guilt but acknowledges that sufficient evidence exists that could result in a conviction, to theft under $1,000.
