LEADING THE FLOCK

— Darrell Stone-street, Flintstone, left, and Holden Cessna, Clearville, Pa., “fit” Sonic, a 7-month-old Hampshire cross  lamb in preparation of 4-H Club competition Monday evening at the Allegany County Fair and Ag Expo.

Danielle Flinn, left, walks Phil, while Shayla Lewis leads Nerds, both 7-month-old Suffolk cross lambs. The girls are both residents of Flintstone.  Walking the animals helps calm them down before they are judged, they said.
