Bedford Jail visitors arrested for DUI

BEDFORD, Pa. — Two people who drove to the Bedford County Jail on Tuesday to visit inmates were determined to have been drinking and were eventually arrested for driving under the influence.

At 6:30 p.m., Pennsylvania State Police charged Tammie Lynn Wylie, 41, and at 8:50 p.m. charged Kenneth Lloyd Bowser, 51. Both are from Bedford. Bowser was also charged with possessing drug paraphernalia.
