— Jesse Broadwater Sr., right, of Frostburg, is shown with his son, Luke Broadwater, in the Maryland Lottery headquarters in Baltimore. Broadwater won $100,000 in a $10 Diamonds scratch-off purchased at Powell’s Grocery in Lonaconing. He bought the winning ticket March 4. The next day he stopped at Powell’s again and bought a $5 Tax-Free scratch-off and won $500. A day later he purchased a $10 Cash Blast ticket at the Sheetz Store in Frostburg and won another $10,000.
