Suspects sought in armed Pa. robbery

Pair flee with cash, cigarettes

— BEDFORD, Pa. — Police are attempting to identify two suspects who displayed a handgun when they allegedly robbed the SK Express Gas Station on Lincoln Highway in Everett late Monday.

Pennsylvania State Police investigated the 9:40 p.m. incident that occurred when the suspects entered the store, brandished a small handgun and demanded money from the cash register and cigarettes. The suspects then ran from the store with an estimated $260 and several packs of cigarettes.

Trooper P. Auker said one suspect was a white male, 6 feet tall and wearing a green, zip-up hooded sweatshirt, jeans and a blue bandana wrapped around his face and gloves.

A second suspect was described to police as a white male, 5 feet 2 inches tall and wearing a gray, zip-up hooded sweatshirt, jeans and a bandana wrapped around his face and gloves. The bandanna was possibly red in color, police said.
