Pat Connelley tourney June 20

RAWLINGS - The fourth annual Pat Connelley Memorial Golf Tournament will be held Friday, June 20 at Fore Sisters Golf Course.

The cost for each golfer is $60, which includes cart, green fees and refreshments. A buffet dinner will be served at the conclusion of the tournament. Also, mulligans and 50-50 chances will be available and door prizes will be distributed.

Hole sponsorships, which will be prominently displayed on the course during the tournament, can be purchased for $50. Registration will begin at 9 a.m., followed by a 10 a.m. shotgun start.

Pat Connelley was a well-known area basketball official for many years and lost his battle with cancer in 2004 at the age of 44. The proceeds from the golf tournament benefit the local chapter of the American Cancer Society, with $16,500 having been donated to the organization through the past three years.
