Riggleman wins fall championship

MOOREFIELD, W.Va. — The second round of the Fall Championship and West Virginia Pin event were played Tuesday at the Valley View Country Club.

Donna Riggleman won the championship flight of the Fall Championship with a gross 177 for the two weeks. Wanda Veach shot a 200 and won the first flight, and Irene Lewis won the second flight with a 204.

Nita Lash finished second in the championship flight at 185, JoeAnn Eye was second in the first flight at 201, and Betty Kimble was second in the second flight with a 225.

Low putts went to Lewis with 29, and pin winners were Veach (No. 3), Candy Ponchak (No. 13) and Riggleman (No. 15).

Lewis was the winner of the West Virginia Pin event with a net 134.
