Volleyball: Allegany tops Baltimore City, 3-0

CUMBERLAND - Allegany College of Maryland collected a straight set victory over Baltimore City Community College in a Maryland JUCO volleyball match at Bob Kirk Arena.

The Trojans swept the match with 30-13, 30-13 and 30-5 wins.

Catie Wampole posted a team-high 14 service aces, and Cassie Buterbaugh had 13 aces and seven kills. Kaitlyn Parsons led the Trojans with 20 assists, Christine Brant had eight kills and four aces, and Sara Watson had six aces. Rachel Peters finished with five kills.

Allegany will play again tonight at Potomac State at 6 p.m.
