CRESAPTOWN — A Cresaptown man was charged with causing a Sunday morning vehicle accident on U.S. Route 220 that left two people injured and forced closure of the road, the Allegany County Sheriff’s Office said.

Randy Garcia Jr., 41, was charged with negligent driving, reckless driving, failure to drive right of center and failure to obey a traffic control device following the 9:30 a.m. crash in the Cresaptown area.
