KEYSER, W.Va. — Ivan Eugene Izzett, Jr., 62, of Keyser, passed away on Friday, March 29, 2013, at the Western Maryland Health System RMC.
Born on Jan. 14, 1951, he was the son of Phyllis Mildred (Miller) Izzett and the late Ivan Eugene Izzett Sr. He was also preceded in death by a son, Ivan Eugene Izzett III, Keyser, W.Va.
Ivan enjoyed hunting, camping and fishing. More than anything, he enjoyed being with his family.
He is survived by his wife of forty years, Patricia Susan Izzett; two daughters, Teresa Anderson and husband Curtis, Fort Ashby, and Pattie S. Parsons and husband Doug, Keyser; one sister, Phyllis Louise Liller and husband Kevin Frostburg; eight grandchildren, Missy, Cheyenne, Aurora, Jeremiah, Hollie, Sammie, Malcolm and Savanna; and four great-grandchildren Logan, Skye, Riley and Ryan Jr. and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family will receive friends on Monday, April 1 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A. Cresaptown (www.scarpellifh.com).
A Funeral Service will be conducted at the funeral home in Cresaptown on Tuesday, April 2 at 1 p.m. with the Rev Bernadette Ross officiating.
Interment will be at Restlawn Memorial Gardens.
Pallbearers will be Curtis Anderson, Doug Parsons, Kevin Liller, Andrew Powell, Ivan Powell and Donald Izzett.
