ROBERT “BOBBY” CUMMINS [Crossville, Tenn.]

— CROSSVILLE, Tenn. — Robert “Bobby” Cummins, 71, of Crossville, Tenn., formerly of Hampshire Co., W.Va., passed away on Saturday, Oct. 12, 2013, at his home.

Born on Nov. 12, 1941 in Shanks, W.Va., he was the son of the late Aubrey B. and Sarah Virginia (French) Cummins.

He retired from Ford Motor Co. as a machine repairman.

Surviving are his wife, Sheri L (Habu) Cummins; two granddaughters, Emma Cummins, Becky Cummins; a great-grandchild, Landry  Lindsay Cummins; a brother, Wayne Cummins and wife, Bonnie of Shanks, W.Va.; three sisters, Anna Lou Kalta of Solon, Ohio, Diana Adam and husband Paul of Chesterland, Ohio and Carol Solan and husband Stuart of Richmond, Va.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Robert F. Cummins Jr.

Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, Oct. 16, 2013, at 11 a.m. in McKee Funeral Home Chapel, Augusta, W.Va., with Pastor Robert Jeffreys officiating. Interment will follow in Ebenezer Cemetery, Romney, W.Va.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

All arrangements are being handled by McKee Funeral Home, Augusta, W.Va.
