— WILEY FORD, W.Va. — Robert Charles Hartung, 68, of Wiley Ford, W.Va., passed away on Saturday, Oct. 26, 2013, at his residence.

Born Feb. 23, 1945, in Cumberland, he was the son of the late Paul Frederick Hartung and Helen Jeanette (Hensel) Hartung.

A United States Naval veteran during Vietnam, Robert retired from IBM in 1998 with 30 years of service. He was a member of United Pentecostal Church International and was Former Pastor of Family Ministry Church and as well as founder of the Family Ministry Church. He was also inducted into the Esteemed Elders Society of UCPI.

He is survived by his wife, Judy E. (Harvey) Hartung, of Wiley Ford, W.Va.; a son, Barry N. Hartung and wife Dawn R., of Ridgeley, W.Va.; two daughters, Penni R. Hardman and husband Dave, of Frostburg and Bobbi Craddock and husband Ken, of Carpendale, W.Va.; a brother, Frederick Paul Hartung and wife Molly, of Garrett County; six granddaughters, Kelsey Hardman, Kaylee Hardman, Brynne Hartung, Alexandra Hartung, Abigail Craddock and Emma Craddock and a step-grandson, Brandon Jackson.

Friends will be received at the Adams Family Funeral Home, P.A., 404 Decatur St., Cumberland, (www.AdamsFamilyfuneralhome.com), on Monday, Oct. 28, 2013, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.

A memorial service will be conducted at the Family Ministry Church on Sunday, Nov. 3, 2013, at 6 p.m.

Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Park.
