ORLANDO, Fla. — Tammy Sue “Weaver” Jamerson went to be with the Lord on Friday, May 2, 2014, at Florida Hospital Orlando after an extended illness. Tammy was born Aug. 17, 1971, in Cumberland, to Dennis Allen Weaver and Judith Ann Leasure.

Tammy was preceded in death by both of her parents.

Tammy, having been born in Cumberland, lived and worked there until moving to Davenport, Fla., in 2006. Tammy was a graduate of Fort Hill High School and was a student at Allegany College of Maryland. She was a member of City of Refuge Church formally Cumberland Church of God. Until her passing she worked at IHOP for the past seven years. Prior to that she was employed at Curtis Hot Dog Shop, and Ray of Hope Inc. of Cumberland.

She is survived by her husband, Timothy Karl Jamerson; one brother, Dennis Allen Weaver Jr; two brothers-in-law, Keithie Lambert and Larry Dean Gibson; two sisters-in-law, Lori Haslacker and Dora Martin; mother-in-law, Olive D. Jamerson; several nieces and nephews; and many loving friends.

Tammy will be greatly missed.

A Celebration of Her Life Service will be held at the Kingdom Victory Church on Saturday, May 17, 2014, at 11 a.m. with Bishop Matthew Ellis officiating. Friends will be received one hour prior to the service.

The family requests in lieu of flowers donations be made to Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A., 108 Virginia Ave, Cumberland, MD, 21502 to help defray funeral expenses.
