— POTOMAC PARK — Mildred Doris Thomas, 86, of Potomac Park, died Thursday, Oct. 11, 2012, at her home.

Born April 13, 1926, in Elk Lick Township, Somerset, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Lee Roy Hinebaugh and Margaret (Lowrey) Hine-baugh. She was also preceded in death by her husband, William Daniel Thomas; one son, Robert Scott Thomas and her sister, Janet Hinebaugh.

Mrs. Thomas had worked at the Cumberland Celanese Plant and Montgomery Ward Department Store.

She was a member of McKendree United Methodist Church of Potomac Park.

Mrs. Thomas is survived by her daughter, Jan Suter and husband Roger, of Pasadena; her son, Mitch Thomas, and wife Michelle, of Silver Spring; two grandchildren, Scott Michael Ambrose and Stephen Kendall Thomas and a great-granddaughter, Violet.

A graveside service will be conducted at Salisbury Cemetery, Salisbury, Pa., on Saturday, Oct. 20, 2012, at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Lloyd O. Solomon officiating.
