EILEEN H. “TT” BRILL [Cumberland]

CUMBERLAND  — Eileen H. “TT” Brill, 90, of Cumberland, went with thanksgiving into the presence of her Lord whom she served faithfully all her life on Saturday, Jan. 25, 2014.

Born Oct. 19, 1923, in Ridgeley, W.Va., Mrs. Brill was the daughter of the late Charles Barb and Nan (Riggleman) Barb.  

She was also preceded in death by her husband, Alvin L. Brill; her only child, Linda N. Nelson; a sister, Geneva Atkinson; and her brothers, Charles and Marshall Barb.

“TT” retired from the Celanese Fibers Corporation of America and attended Central Assembly of God Church.  She is survived by her grandchildren, Heather Kaiser and husband Kyle, Cumberland, Aaron Nelson and wife Betsy, Frostburg; two special great granddaughters, Jade Kaiser and Haley Nelson; her son-in-law, John Nelson, Myrtle Beach, S.C.; a niece, Judy Nave and husband Clyde; and her brothers, Gerald Barb and wife,Joanne, Short Gap, W.Va., and Ronald Barb and wife Pat, Shepardstown, W.Va.

Friends will be received at the Adams Family Funeral Home, P.A., 404 Decatur Street, Cumberland, (www. on Tuesday, Jan. 28, 2014, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.

A funeral service will be conducted at the funeral home on Wednesday, Jan. 29, 2014, at 10 a.m. with Pastor Tim Satryan officiating.

Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Park.

The family would like to extend their deepest gratitude to Lindsay, Janelle, Rose, Crystal, and Michelle for the love and care they gave to “TT” the past two years.
