— ADDISON, Pa. — Claude W. “Jerry” Fike, 94, of Addison, passed away Thursday, Feb. 20, 2014 in Uniontown Hospital.

He was born Dec. 2, 1919 in Friendsville.

He is survived by sons, Kenneth and wife, Bobbie, Smock, Pa., Gary and wife Barbara, Grantsville, and Jody and wife, Debra, Friendsville.  He is also survived by four grandchildren, Kevin and Kimmy Fike, Garrett and Carrie Fike; and three great-grandchildren.

His wife, Dolly (DeWitt) Fike and brothers Charles and Burton Thomas preceded him in death.

Jerry was a lifelong farmer and truck driver and resided at the same residence in Addison for 72 years of his life.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. on Sunday at the Humbert Funeral Home in Confluence, Pa., where a service will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday with the Rev. Glenn Foster officiating.

Interment to follow in Addison Cemetery.
