— CUMBERLAND — Thomas “Tom” Parsons, 52, of Cumberland, died Thursday, June 27, 2013 at Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, W.Va.

Tom was born and raised in Loveland, Colo.

His 32 years as a casino manager had taken him to many different places, most recently at the Rocky Gap Casino & Resort. Tom loved his job and meeting new people.

He enjoyed spending time with his family and dogs.

Survivors include his wife, Priscilla; two step-children, Albert and Tracey; his mother, Carolyn; a brother, Jeff; two sisters, Carmen and Tina; five nieces; one nephew; and, his uncle and aunt, Larry and Carol Halsey.

Tom was preceded in death by his grandparents, Hugh and Christine Halsey; and a sister, Debbie Aitchison.
