ROBERT “BOB” PENQUITE [Allen, Texas]

— ALLEN, Texas — Robert “ Bob” Penquite, 69, of Allen, passed away, Tuesday, June 11, 2013.

Bob was born April 23, 1944 in Sapulpa, Okla., to Ivan and Villa Mae Penquite.

He graduated from Sapulpa High School in 1962 and from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Okla. in 1966. Following college graduation he spent four years in the U.S. Army. Bob was employed as a management consultant for 45 years and was currently working as a part time consultant for Foxcraft Homes and First General Services in Cumberland. He enjoyed his work and the people he worked with along with many friends in Cumberland who referred to him as “Texas Bob”. Bob always enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren.

Bob is survived by his two daughters, Shelley Pendleton and husband Tony of Allen and Ashelea Penquite of Jacksonville, Fla.; two grandchildren, Camden and Dawson Pendleton; one brother, Jon Penquite of Tulsa, Okla.; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ivan and Villa Mae Penquite.

As per Bob’s request, there was no visitation or funeral service.
