— CUMBERLAND — Harold Kenneth Sirbaugh Sr., 72, of Cumberland, passed away on Tuesday, March 18, 2014 at the Western Maryland Regional Medical Center.

Born Aug. 14, 1941 in Cumberland, he was the son of the late James H. And Mary Grace (Lanham) Sirbaugh. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Louise Sirbaugh on Feb. 1, 2004; brother, James (Sonny) Sirbaugh; two sisters, Mary Miller and Geraldine Brode; and a step-son, Troy Twigg.

Harold was retired from PPG Industries after 34 years of service. He was an Army veteran and was a life member of the Goodfellowship Club. He enjoyed spending time with his family and his best friend, Ronald “Dube” Bailey.

Surviving are his daughters, Lisa Milburn and husband Quint, Potomac Park, Cumberland, and Terri Stottlemyer and husband Jimmy, Morgantown, W.Va.; a son, Harold Sirbaugh Jr. and wife Ritha, Pana, Ill.; two step-daughters, Mary Beth Twigg and Tammy Twigg-Marean and husband Tim, all of Cumberland; a step-son, Scott Twigg and fiancé Joy, Ridgeley, W.Va.; 17 grandchildren, Jessica, Crystal, Shawn, Travis, Dalton, Dillan, Zach, Micah, Justin, Crissy, Ciji, Brandon, Casey, Brittany, Colby, Danielle, and Eden; and 14 great-grandchildren, Noah, Emma, Carter, Corey, Kaliub, Jerimiah, Zoe, Makyah, Savanah, Cayden, Channing, Josiah, Hunter and Blake.

Friends will be received at the Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A., 108 Virginia Ave., Cumberland, (www.scarpellifh.com) on Friday, March 21, 2014 from 1 to 3 and 6 to 8 p.m.

As per his wishes, he will be cremated.

A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, March 22, 2014 at 11 a.m. with Pastor Steve Leydig officiating and a graveside service will be conducted on Sunday, March 23, 2014 at 1:30 p.m. at Davis Memorial Cemetery, Cumberland. Military honors will be accorded at the graveside by the Fort Cumberland Post 13 Honor Guard.
