— LEVELS, W.Va. — Juanita Malcolm, of Levels, W.Va., passed away on Friday, May 17, 2013, at the home of her daughter, Lisa Frye, while under the care of Hospice.

Born on Sept. 4, 1933, in Spring Gap, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late Harvey P. and Virginia (Rannells) Bohrer. Juanita was also preceded in death by her husband, James “Dick” Malcolm, on April 20, 2006 and by a brother, Roger Bohrer.

She was a homemaker, loving mother and grandmother. She was a member of the Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church and Levels Volunteer Fire Co. Ladies Auxillary.

Surviving are two daughters, Lisa Frye and husband Tim, of Springfield, W.Va. and Kathy Ann Whitacre and husband Scott, of Augusta, W.Va.; a brother, Dennis Bohrer, of Keyser, W.Va.; a sister, Freda Shiley, of Inwood, W.Va.; two grandsons, T.M. Frye and wife Brooke and Dusty Frye and wife Randi; great-grandson, Branson Malcolm Frye and great-granddaughter, Charlie Alice Frye.

Family will receive friends Sunday from 6 to 9 p.m. at the McKee Funeral Home, Augusta, W.Va.

Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, May 20, 2013, at 11 a.m. in the McKee Funeral Home Chapel, Augusta, W.Va., with Pastor Rita Beeman officiating.

Interment will follow in Wesley Chapel Cemetery at Points, W.Va.
