AUGUSTA, W.Va. — Delores A. Haines, 76, of Augusta, W.Va., died on Oct. 3, 2013 at the Hampshire Center, Romney, W.Va.
Born July 8, 1937 in Parkersburg, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late Glenn DeVaugh and Grace M. (Thorne).
Delores was a Homemaker and a member of the Romney Seventh Day Adventist Church.
Preceeded in death by one son Stanley G. Haines
Survived by her husband, Richard L. Haines Sr. of Augusta, W.Va.; one son, Richard “Rick” Haines of Augusta, W.Va.; four daughters, Debbie Harding, Vickie Hedrick and Patsy A. Whetzel all of Augusta and Brenda K. Miller of Capon Bridge; one brother, Ronald DeVaughn of Statesville, N.C.; one sister, Doris Snyder of Zanesville, Ohio; nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren, Foster-children Mike Heavner, Ronnie Heavner and Teresa Heavner.
Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday, Oct. 6, 2013 at the Mckee Funeral Home Chapel at 2 p.m. with Elder Randy Murphy and Pastor Walter Cardenas officiating.
Interment will follow at the Ebenezer Cemetery Romney, W.Va.
The family will receive friends on Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
