— KEYSER, W.Va. — Timothy Daniel “Timmy” Broadwater, 25, of Rt. 4, Keyser, W.Va., precious son of Richard and Ellen (Hickey) Broadwater of Rt. 4, Keyser, passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2013.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Richard and Irene Broadwater and John and Edith Hickey.

Timmy is a 2006 graduate of Keyser High School. He enjoyed playing “old” video games with his nieces and nephews and fishing with friends, Mike and JD. Timmy loved being “Coach Timmy” while helping his brother Jeff, coach Keyser Youth Baseball.

Along with his parents, Timmy is survived by his sister, Darlena and husband Shane; brothers, Jeff and wife Mendy, Greg and wife Angie, Terry and friend Debbie and a sister-in-law, Tina; nieces and nephews, Landon, Ali, Noah, Maddy, Darrick, Colton, Kayla, Lacey, Destiny and Brittany; one paternal uncle, Orville “Butch” Broadwater and numerous maternal aunts and uncles.

Friends may call at the Smith Funeral Home, Keyser Chapel, on Sunday, Nov. 17, 2013, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.

Funeral services will be conducted in the Smith Funeral Home, Keyser Chapel, on Monday, Nov. 18, 2013, at 11 a.m. with Ed Davy and Jeff Broadwater officiating.

Interment will be in the Potomac Memorial Gardens, Keyser.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Community Trust Foundation in memory of Timothy D. Broadwater, 71 Baltimore St., Cumberland, MD 21502. All funds will benefit Keyser Youth Baseball.
